Directions / Method
Apply coconut oil into scalp by parting hair at various intervals, apply on ends if required. For best results leave overnight (with a towel on your pillow) or leave on for a few hours. Apply shampoo to wet hair and massage in thoroughly, wash away and if your hair is terribly dry or needs real attention, repeat shampoo. After washing out shampoo, apply a small amount of conditioner and massage into all parts of your hair and especially ends if dry. Leave in for a few minutes and wash off remains.
